Bandon Fire--Anniversary Program
Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 2:00PM
in the Museum. 1936 was a difficult year for Bandon having
almost the entire town destroyed by fire. Learn about the
tragedy and the triumph of recovery through stories from the
time. Mary Schamehorn will be narrating the program.
Admission is free.

The fourth edition of the fun social
gathering is a "don't miss" occasion.Enjoy hors d'oeuvres by
Sharon Haga. Have a taste of On the Waterfront Wine and
Bandon Brewing Beer provided by Lori Osbourne. If you dare,
take our special adult version of "The History Detective's
Challenge."

Veterans Day Program
Saturday, November 9, 2024, 10:00
am to 2:00 pm at the Museum.
Local
veterans will talk about their time in the military at 11:00
am. See military vehicles in the museum parking lot.
Explore special exhibits shared by military collectors and
drawn from the museum’s collection. Admission to the
museum will be free all day Saturday courtesy of Bandon’s
American Legion Post 26. Celebrate our local veterans by
including a visit to Bandon’s History Museum on Veterans Day
weekend.
